I need to update payment method

Click on this button at the top right of the page and then select Account in the dropdown menu:

Why has apple gone down hill? New computer and new OS. iTunes or the music wants to update your payment method. ok Go to the screen input the updated info and then click Done right. NOT. no response. Will not update and there fore can't buy any music. Apple recommended solution is showing you how to update on iOS system. Come on man. I've been using apple since 1997. I even tried to remove the card to see if I could just re enter it. Can't even do that. The update screen is frozen. Tried Rebooting the system. Go back in same thing. Please Please can a real person from Apple fix this.
