Can not access to apple music subscription

Hello,

I have an issue with my apple music subscription.

I have paid the bill on May 16 but today I could not access to search or play my songs. All songs I downloaded were disappeared. I deleted app and re-downloaded. I logged out my acc and re-signed in again.


Can you have me find the root of issue and solve my problem.

Did you let you Apple Music subscription expire before you paid the bill on May 16? There is no guarantee if or for how long your music library will be retained if your subscription is cancelled or expires. You may have to start anew.
