How do I filter Fitness+ exercises for Upper Body / Lower Body, or With Weights / Without Weights, or difficulty?

"You can browse for individual workouts, start a program with multiple episodes, sort and filter workouts of a specific type, or choose a recommended workout based on your activity. Mindful Cooldown workouts begin at five minutes and all other workout types start at ten minutes, with new workouts added every week."
