Can iPhones get hacked remotely?

I’m running iOS 14.4.1 and I swear I’ve been noticing weird things? I guess I could just be really anxious and paranoid. After updating a ton of apps I got logged out of them and I swear in the corner of my eye I’m noticing my volume change up and down on its own? I don’t know what’s happening really but I’m just really scared. So can iPhones be remotely hacked or spied on? My phone is not jailbroken.
