disabled iphone

hello. i badly need all your help. my phone got disabled 'coz i forgot my apple id. now, i can't reset my password 'coz the number there is not same with mine.

regarding phone disabled my iphone x was disableed because i enter wrong passcode for more than 10 times . then i waited for 14 days as per instruction . after 14 days , i recover my apple id and password and it shows that this is not my appled id
