Cannot reply to slack message directly through notification

Can no longer reply to slack messages through Notification Centre even though it is showing as replied.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Message notifications Every time I receive a message, I try to reply through the notification. I’m able to click on it read it and type out my respond, but the send button doesn’t turn blue and won’t send my message unless I open up messages. How do I fix it?

Messages Glitch When I press a specific conversation on messages, it kicks me out of the app. When I try to send the person a link such as from tiktok, as soon as i press their name, it kicks me out. Same with trying to message them through the contacts app.
