I am not being able to add new card it is declining the payment

I am having problem in payment method every time it says declined

iPhone X, iOS 14

You might want to check your payment method is one you can use in your country.

Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID (Find your country)

Apple Support have a "Related Article" link on the left above your question.

If you want to click that link and follow the instructions it will likely help you add your card in your Apple ID account..


There is also a "Get support" link to Apple at the top right above your question.
