Hi lavinia225,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering if you created an Apple ID and then forgot it ? (Most often, it is your e-mail address, rarely it is your phone number.)

Or you have never created one, and need to ?

Hi again, lavina225,

Wondering if you've had any success with your Apple ID.

Seems Apple has something else in place.

Re: Temporary Support PIN

When you contact Apple Support on the phone or online, they may ask you for a 4-digit PIN to verify your identity

How to generate a temporary pin:

Log-in to your Apple ID account,

Click the “Support PIN” link (bottom left of the account page) to obtain a four-digit number for verification.

All the best :)
