when i try to wear gloves and doesn't work for a while and it refusing to work with sweaty hands

That's normal. Gloves or sweaty hands cannot be used for Touch ID recognition.
Make sure that your fingers and the Touch ID sensor are clean and dry.* For the Touch ID sensor, use a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe off any dirt or debris. (* Moisture, lotions, sweat, oils, cuts, or dry skin might affect fingerprint recognition).

TouchID requires physical contact with the finger. Gloves will prevent use of TouchID.
Similarly, your fingers must be dry. Excessive moisture, such as wet fingers, will also inhibit use of TouchID.
