iPad Air 2 touch id not working with sweaty hands and wearing gloves

when i try to wear gloves and doesn't work for a while and it refusing to work with sweaty hands


Device and firmware version:

iPad Air 2 (WiFi+Cellular), iPadOS 14.4.1

That's normal. Gloves or sweaty hands cannot be used for Touch ID recognition.

Make sure that your fingers and the Touch ID sensor are clean and dry.* For the Touch ID sensor, use a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe off any dirt or debris. (* Moisture, lotions, sweat, oils, cuts, or dry skin might affect fingerprint recognition).
