Deleting Robokiller Permanently

I looked in my Contact Groups, and despite deleting the Robokiller app and unsubscribing by following every required step, there is a listing there for a Robokiller group in my contacts. How do I get rid of this pervasive app for good?

Hi K'Shanti,

Thanks for posting your issue here! We'd be glad to see if we can point you in the right direction. If we're understanding correctly, it seems that a third-party app you had downloaded added a group for itself in your Contacts apps. If this is true and the group is listed underneath iCloud, you can remove it by following the steps in Delete or change a group of contacts on iCloud.com.

If it's listed underneath another mail account instead, you'll have to remove it from your mail provider's webmail to access your contacts there.

However, if you need any further assistance regarding this app, we'd also recommend reaching out to their support by reviewing the information listed in Contact a third-party vendor.

We hope this helps! Cheers.
