My iPad Pro battery drains from 100% to 99% in 2-10 minutes is this normal
please let me know

Perhaps more to the point, this is not unusual. Your iPad is quoted as having “all day battery life” - with specifications that suggest that up to 10 hours battery life is typical. As such, 10% battery depletion per hour of use is to be expected (with simple arithmetic, approximately 1% for every six minutes).
These figures are obviously very simplistic. A degree a variance exists between individual batteries - as does the conditions in which the iPad is used, App usage and configuration.
