why global key working so ***?

Thanks for posting your question about the delay in your global language key in Apple Support Communities!

A great place to start in order to troubleshoot this issue is to first make sure that your Mac is currently updated to the latest version of MacOS. You can find steps on how to check for updates by using the article: How to update the software on your Mac.

Second, you should try to boot the Mac into safe mode in order to see if the delay happens with it there as well. Steps for safe mode can be found in this article: Start up your Mac in safe mode.

If the issue still occurs in safe mode please try resetting the SMC on your Mac (M1 chip- power it off and power it back on). If you have an intel-based processor you can find steps to resetting the SMC in this article: How to reset the SMC of your Mac.
