Phone won’t rotate

My phone won’t rotate on YouTube or safari or anything on the YouTube app I can only rotate it one way and it’s the full screen button at the bottom right corner and my portrait orientation is off what do I do?

Force restart the phone

Then check the orientation lock is not on (Control centre)

-->Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch
