charge my iphone 11 using lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 or 20W USB C power adapter

I have got Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 which supports to charge my iphone 11 using the TypeC to lightning cable.

To maintain better battery health, which is the best way to charge my iphone 11:

Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2

or

Apple's 20W USB C power adapter

as long as the connector fits and the volts are not higher than 5volt, nothing could harm it in anyway

rechargeable devices draw as much current as they were build to charge with it's a part of the approval of the device so it's not a fire hazard
