Complaint about the app TikTok
Hello. I have encountered blocking my account in this app. Every week I get a new lock, after the end of the previous one, and there is no reason for this. When I try to write to the technical support of this app, I get no response. I have sent more than 10 requests to the technical support service and have not received a single response. This app is in the public domain, which means that anyone can use it, but I can't do that, blocking limits some of my options. I want to get justice because they can't restrict my access to a part of their app for no reason. Maybe there is a reason, but the tech support doesn't give me any information. The only thing I get from them is ignoring my questions when contacting technical support. I am extremely outraged by this attitude of app developers towards users. I'm asking you to help me. Thanks.
