I cannot delete apps. The delete option does not appear when you touch and hold the app

I cannot delete apps on my iPhone 8. No delete option in Home Screen or app library

Open Settings on your iPhone.

Click on Screen Time.

Click on Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Now, click on iTunes & App Store Purchases

Tap on Deleting Apps and change it to Allow.
