Hello there, I would like to know how to screen cast to my TV (UH6100 4K UHD Smart LED TV with webOS™ 3.0) from my phone for free. I have tried so many things but not working. It looks like this TV has no airplay feature. I'd like to play content from my phone, and Facebook videos.

From your post, it sounds like you're having trouble using AirPlay to your smart TV. Let's try the steps mentioned here: Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror your device’s screen - Apple Support
Be sure to confirm the TV's compatibility in the section titled "AirPlay 2–Enabled TVs and Devices:" iOS - Home Accessories - Apple

Have you tried it on a different tv? And on iPad and iPhone, to airplay, follow these steps.
swipe down from the top right of your screen to open control center.
press screen mirroring, and select the device you want to cast to.
you can also airplay to a roku, or Apple TV. It I have a 4K LG with webOS smart TV also. Mine, you just follow the steps I provided above.
