Refunds

When I go to my account on apple support. It’s stating that I got my refund on May 17th. But I’ve never received a refund. I’ve looked everywhere in all of my accounts and Apple has not deposited a refund. I’ve went to the website and clicked on everything to try and contact support and I’m getting nowhere with it. Please help I really need the money to pay my bills.
