Random Japanese or Chinese text on my new iPhone x

So I just bought this iPhone X and nothing wrong with it, but then I go to App Library and randomly there is one folder that’s written in Chinese and I tried changing the language and stuff but it’s already in English. But also it’s the same for iTunes, I tried to buy a music in iTunes and when the thing popped up were it asks you for your bank details it said it all in Chinese. I don’t get it like it’s normal for the others but then there are a few that in Chinese or Japanese please help.
