Is my iPhone 12 a brick? Activation lock

My phone is fully activation locked. I have the iforgot.apple yada yada done. first it was 24 hours. now it's 11 days. I've been without a phone for 4 days now.

Is there any hope after the 11 days? FYI I have proof of purchase.. because well I'm not a thief and it's mine lol.

I just simply forgot my password and like an idiot I kept trying over and over.

I know my email address and have access to it. I Also have access to the phone number on file with 2 step. Seems the only thing I don't have is the credit card on file.

So all this said, whats the fastest way to literally have my phone back. Or is it a goner 800 dollar msrp down the drain because of falling in a bad loop of I guess trying to type my password in one too many times? Seems absolutely silly even typing this, I have proof of purchase and it's my phone.
