Does the monthly subscription allow full access to all shows/movies on Apple TV. Are there any additional costs?

Adventure Time (S1–S9) is on Hulu with a Hulu subscription,
and Adventure Time (S1–S10+Distant Lands) is on HBO Max with an HBO Max subscription.
Adventure Time is not on Apple TV+.
Adventure Time is available through Apple from the iTunes Store, but that is not part of a subscription.
