My phone went to disable mood when i tried to fix voicemail

Voicemail Hi. I have a new iphone 11. I disabled voicemail for one day as i needed to use my phone for work & i now want to enable it again but i cant get it back on! Permanently Disabled My Voicemail I was trying to temporarily disable my voicemail on my iPhone X, which I should have done through my service provider. Instead I went on the web and found this site which states you can use the following code ##002# Using this code has completely disabled my voicemail altogether and now I can't get it back. I tried calling Apple Support to see if they could help, however, they were unsuccessful as well. Worst case scenario if I can't re-enable the voicemail, I'll have to do a restoration on my iPhone. I know some might say, well you got what you wanted; your voicemail has been disabled! However, I was trying to work out a way where I can shut off the voicemail and turn it back on later. Thanks in advance...

NOW IT SAY DISABLE FOR 1 HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
