No connected camera

I am currently using a Macbook pro.

I don't know what happened but one day I was trying to use my camera for video call and it said that there was no connected camera. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Hi,

Try to check your built-in camera with Apple Diagnostics if it reports camera related error(NDC001, NDC003 to NDC006).
