Unable to get subscription for voot application

The same as you do for a bank-issued credit card, select the brand; AmEx, VISA or Mastercard and enter the data, name on card, account number, expiration date, etc.

If it's a prepaid debit card that you bought in a store, Apple doesn't always accept those.
