You cannot. You'll need to follow these instructions:
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Is it asking for your Apple ID password, or your phone’s unlock passcode? After restoring the phone it should ask if you want to set up as new or restore a backup. If you restore a backup it will not ask for your previous passcode, but you will need the new passcode that you just created.
Thank you for your response, I am having 4 to 5 passcode in my mind. I will try that but in the worst case, if I go to refresh the phone, then once I log in through apple ID will I get my all data? If yes then I don't waste my time on 4 to 5 trials of a passcode. I am also having the I-cloud feature in my account.

If you have your data backed up, you can restore from that back up once you've resolved the passcode issue.
How long can it possibly take to try a passcode four or five times that you would consider it a waste of your time? It shouldn't take even five minutes.
Thank you so much, I will try that first but if in the worst case I will not get then I will go for the restore process through Itunes. I have also tried to log in to Itunes but it won't allow it because it requires some code but I won't able to find it because my phone won't allow me. So once I will restore the phone, from my Icoud i will get the data right?

Please help me out, I have restored my phone and log in with my Apple ID, but again they asked me for an old passcode, when I click on the forgot passcode they just show that we required the passcode. I have my fingerprint, my documents my Apple ID, and my password everything, still, apple is stuck at an old passcode, Please suggest me I pay every month iCloud, I have all the receipts and all. Please help me out my data is very important to me.

Thank you, Lawrence, for your response, Yes you are right once I have to restore they asked me new passcode which I want to put but after that step, there is an option to get my backup from iCloud, during that time they asked me for an apple id then the password, after that they asked me type "old passcode" but that is the point I forgot my passcode that's why I need to do restore. Please help me out with this issue.

I have tried the new passcode and it works but I don't see my picture, passwords, and application., in setting it shows me 44 GB data out of 50 but on my phone, I cant see the applications and passwords which I had earlier. Can you please guide me on how I can get all my data?

I have tried passcode and it said connect to iTunes that's why I needed to restore the phone.

Then, unfortunately, that's what you need to do.
Your apps will download from the app store; give them time, and leave the phone plugged in. If you previously synced data to iCloud go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on all the switches.
Hello I forgot my passcode but my fingerprint is there, I dont want to loose my data. I am having also Icloud but not sure if this method I will use then will I get my all details from Icloud?
