Somehow i can’t just not turn my mobile hotspot on but under mobile network i dont even have that setting:( is my phone broken or what is the problem. I just bought this iphone 12 pro max and i use the latest ios update. What can i do? I need help please
Personal Hotspot is controlled by your cellular service provider. It has nothing to do with iCloud at all.
Contact your service provider, and make sure Personal Hotspot is supported by them, and enabled in your service plan.

Hi, try signing out of your i cloud and do a factory reset. Make sure you back up all your data. Once that is done, set up the phone as a new phone and not from a backup. Keep your wifi off, connect to your mobile data and set up your phone. Check whether the hotspot has come up or not. Good luck!
i can also see that you have apple care coverage on your phone, you can also contact them and if there is a problem they will rectify it, else you will get a new replacement phone.
