Activating new iPhone without another apple device

I just got the iPhone 12. My old iPhone 6s is broken and I don't have any other apple device.

When I try to activate my new iPhone an authentication code is sent to another device. I think it's going to my old iPhone (which is broken and I can't access it). Does anyone know how I can get the authentication code without another apple device?
