Does Apple Pay email Proof of purchase transactions. I received one and I’ve never used my Apple Pay. Spam??

Your credit card company would be the one showing a transaction unless you are referring to an Apple Card. I do get purchase notifications for my Apple Card and a Visa I have with one bank.
