I have just upgraded my Mac OS to Big Sur version 11.1 and discovered that I'm not able operate my Wacom tablet, I've tried downloading the driver for this from your website but was unsuccessful ?

Have you authorized the tablet in Apple Menu > System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility?
There are two Wacom apps to authorize - com.wacom.IOManager.app and WacomTabletSpringboard.
