Imessage and Facetime

Hello there, What should I do to activate my imessage and facetime? I researched on google and do what google said, but when i turn on my imessage and facetime, a message pop up "Activation unsucessful" What should I do guys? Thank you.

  1. Your time zone must be correct, double-check this by following Settings → General → Date & Time (using Set Automatically is the easiest way to do this)
  2. Turn off both iMessage and FaceTime. For iMessage go to Settings → Messages and tap the toggle to the right of iMessage. Do the same for FaceTime which is found just below Messagesin Settings.
  3. Restart your device
  4. Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on
