Microphone in iPad 8th Gen is not working in third party apps

I use iPad for teaching purposes. Microphone doesn't work in third-party apps like Google meet, Microsoft teams, Zoom etc. Now this iPad is not serving my purpose. Can anybody suggest why this happens regularly. I tried resetting my iPad several times but it is no good. People of the service centre aren't able to resolve this issue either.

Assuming your micophone is working fine for apps like VoiceMemo, check:

Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions>Microphone ... it must be set to "Allow".

When done, restart your iPad.
