Annoying warning in Big Sure

In my office we use a Mac mini (Late 2014, 10.15.x) as a file server.

Every time a user logs in from a Mac with OS 11.x and tries to edit a document (pages, numbers etc), when he makes a change that pop up appears.

It's not a matter of privileges.

It there a way to get rid of it?

If I upgrade (which I'd rather not) my old Mac to OS 11.x do you think it would be solved ?

K9 Web Protection is corrupted I'm getting a popup that says: K9 Web Protection is corrupted. It's an old program that I uninstalled years ago. I recently bought a new MacBook and when I transferred from my old MacBook to the new one the popup started appearing. Can't find any application files for K9 or files in the ~Library. Tried opening in safe mode and it still happens. Any suggestions???

Notification saying 'open' is running in background I've opened my MacBook and there is a notification saying: Background items Added "open" is an item that can run in the background. You can manage this in Login Items Setting. I've gone to Login Items Settings. In the list is an item called "open" Item from unidentified developer. I've clicked on the 'info' icon. It is a Unix Executable File. It lives here: Macintosh HD > usr > bin the 'bin' folder contains over 934 Unix Executable Files and Perl Scripts and documents. I've gone to my Macintosh HD and can't see a folder called "usr". What's going on? Is this dodgy? Yesterday I was using MAMP app to set up a local server on my Mac, to do some web coding. Has this got something to do with that? This is the contents of the 'usr' folder:
