Don’t have selector in App Store settings for “Require password”

Good day! I bought iPad Air 4 (2020) two days ago, updated iPad iOS to newest 14.5.1, and question is - why I don’t see selector in App Store settings for requiring password? I switch off passcode for App Store, but anyway it doesn’t help. How can I turn off password prompt for downloading free apps. Thanks for help! Screenshots with problem, you can find below.

If an app or feature on your device is not working, it may have been disabled. See how to 'Use Screen Time on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch' by clicking here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208982
