I’m from Israel . And want to know if I buying an iPhone 12 Pro. And pay for Apple care + .

can I fix him on israel ? Or I need to fly to another country to fix him.

If you buy from Apple.com Israel and you are offered AppleCare+ by Apple you should get service where you bought it. In Israel and nowhere else.
