apple id and itunes account locked
whenever i try to update an app a message pops up saying my apple id and itunes account was locked, but when i download a new app, it works fine.

Hi,
It seems that your previous account was locked, and now you use another account in AppStore. So you could try to find the correct name of your first Apple ID.
