Watch face using pictures

I have just changed the photos I want on my watch face. It is showing on my phone but is still showing the old ones on my watch even though it’s saved as my current watch face on my phone. How can I correct this?

I was able to do that, and I have the watch face but the watch face will not switch pictures.
