Apple Music

When I try to log into Apple Music it says vertfication failed. But that’s the iCloud I use on my iPhone. How can i fix this.

Can’t load my Apple Music When I go to settings on my phone (X-R), I go to Music, then press ICloud music Library. When I go to turn it on, it says “this device is already associated with another Apple ID”, and it’s talking about 90 days. Idk what to do!
