I bought 64 gb of storage to upgrade. I am not seeing the upgrade on my iPhone.

How did you buy 64 GB? iCloud subscriptions only come in 50 GB, 200 GB or 2TB.

Apple gives you 5 GB for free. If you want more, it starts at 50 GB for .99/month.

And if you want to use iCloud photo library and only keep low res versions on the phone with the full resolution photos in the cloud, that would help... otherwise, that's not how cloud storage works.

Because it's cloud storage. It does not increase the capacity of your phone. That's not how it works.

You got cloud storage from some third party - not Apple’s iCloud storage.
