I have an iPhone 6 Plus - can i update to iOS 13.0? It now shows that I have 12.5.3 and it does not seem to allow me to update to 13.0

I have and iPhone 6 Plus - I want to update to IOS 13.0. I now have 12.5.3 and it does not seem to want to allow me to update to 13.0. is there a way I can do this?

You can't. An unit running 12.5.3 isn't capable of 13 or above.
