Not getting texts Hi! I have a iphone 11 and I am not getting texts from apps or websites that I need to vertify with codes. For example I need to vertify my bank account and I am not getting the code for me to vertify it. I don't know if theres like a setting or something? Please help!!

Receiving some texts I have an iPhone 12, yesterday it did an automatic update which has stopped any electronic SMS. I can still receive messages from family/ friends but not any from banks or service provider. The banks say that their is no issue and my provider say it’s not their issue? Everything worked ok until the update, I have done all the resets, shut downs, removed SIM card etc…… I have tried my SIM card in my old iPhone and it still won’t work, any ideas ?

SMS text messages to/from other cellular telephones is a cellular carrier function. Ask them for assistance.
