I was offered a free year subscription when I purchased 2 new iPhones recently. Unfortunately I can’t find the email that was sent. Is there a way to to send the offer again

Hello. I accepted my Apple free 1 yr sub for my new iPad purchase. And immediately went into setting to canceled current subscription to avoid being charged. i don't see one year free trial new ipad i just got an email that i have a few days left to activate, but the one year free is not showing up. Tried logging in from other devices and the new ipad.
