I have a 200 GB storage plan but I cannot upgrade to a 2 TB plan… it keeps telling me that I already have the largest storage plan available and it doesn’t show me an option to upgrade to a 2 TB ..only the options to downgrade.

When you navigate to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan, does it show an expiration date below your current 200gb plan?
If you navigate to www.iCloud.com from a web browser, and go into your Account Settings, does is it show anything for your upgraded plan or current storage there?

Yes it shows an expiration date 6/222021.. it renews monthly.
whatever device or browser i use to log into my iCloud account it shows me that i have the largest plan available (200gb)..
I can't upgrade my storage plan on iCloud.
