Expand/Collapse all rows at once on iOS Numbers
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13
Open Numbers Spreadsheet which has been sorted and categories selected.
Right click (cntl click on trackpad) on concentric circles in upper left corner of table whose categories you want to collapse.
In dropdown menu - click on "Collapse all Categories"
Alternatively, you can also (in the same dropdown menu) click on "Expand all Categories"
I ran into this problem - looked in the discussions - didn't find the answer - then discovered the answer so now I ask the question and post the answer. Good Luck.
