I am trying to log into my phones Apple ID and can’t recall my password, I’ve had my iPad for just as long but it is in a different Apple ID. If I could send texts from the pho;e to the iPad I could log in and have access to my data

Resetting your Password:
See if you can change the password. Perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
