iPhone stuck at No Service, why?

iPhone is back! Connected to iTunes and did a volume down and side button hold to get phone to redo update via iTunes.

iPhone is working and connected to cellular service.

I worked with Apple chat support person.

I have done all that and no resolve. This started happening after latest update. Frustrating!
