My Ipad got disabled and says to connect to iTunes and I cant figure out how to get it unlocked

My Ipad got disabled and say to connect to iTunes. I cant seem to figure out how get it from being disabled and to reset the password

Click here and follow the instructions. The iPad is referring to a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
