How to get my apps back on my phone
I broke my phone got it fixed but had to reset the phone so now trying to figure out how How to get my apps back on my phone with out having to re download them all again

Apps don't transfer even while transfer from iPhone to iPhone, only the app data along with app links to the App Store gets transferred.
Restore from a backup to Auto download all apps that are stored in the backup (iCloud / iTunes) or manually download one by one.
