Why can’t I send pics or videos to people with android phones?

MMS Question I haven’t been able to send pictures through text messages to anybody with an android phone for a while and I finally read that I should try turning off MMS messaging and that fixed the problem (which I don’t understand). My question is, what issues will I have now that it’s off?

You need MMS enabled by your carrier. and in your Settings. See the Pic below
