just wondering how can someone bridge my phone setting

i've found that someone else were using my apps and remote few apps by using my apps store

How is that could be happened?

Possibly they learned your Apple ID and password and logged in to your account? Or, they know your screen lock code and gained physical access to your device when you were not around.
