How can I transfer notes of apple notes app from my iPad to an USB drive/ pen drive?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are trying to place notes on your iPad onto a flash drive. While we understand how convenient it would be to be able to transfer notes this way, however, notes can only be stored via iCloud, email account, and on the iPad itself.
If you would like to transfer files to a flash drive, you can download Documents to your computer through your iCloud account using the iCloud website, and from there save the files to your USB device.
